Complete Custom Exhaust Service
We can repair exhaust leaks, exhaust noises, rattles, and rusted exhaust systems. We do custom exhaust work per customers’ requests.
We specialize in dual exhaust systems using performance mufflers such as Flowmaster, Mangaflow, and Borla mufflers.
Performance mufflers will reduce exhaust restrictions and in turn create more horse power and better fuel mileage while giving the vehicle a nice performance sound. We custom bend all of our exhaust piping and can bend pipe up to 3 inch in diameter. We also carry 4 and 5 inch pipe for diesels.
We can fix your loud exhausts and make them just like factory or we can take your quiet exhaust and make it growl with a variety of our performance mufflers. We carry many different exhaust tips to choose from.
Catalytic Converters
We keep a variety of catalytic converters in stock. We can replace your catalytic converter if your check engine light comes on letting you know there is a problem with it. If the converter begins rattling, or becomes restricted, we can also fix those issues.
Catalytic converters are notorious for triggering check engine light codes as they can become restricted from carbon build-up or when contamination travels through your exhaust. Catalytic converter failures can cause reduced engine power, engine misfiring, and poor fuel mileage.
We can also do exhaust back-pressure testing to diagnose a restricted catalytic converter.
Alignments
Pon & Rounds Mufflers offers professional alignment services.
We do 4 wheel alignments with our state-of-the-art Hunter Laser Alignment Machine. We replace and repair any and all front end parts such as: ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rod ends, pitman arms, idler arms, center links, drag links, control arms, rack and pinions, struts, sway bar bushings, and sway bar links.
If your tires are wearing prematurely or unevenly, we can fix your broken steering and suspension parts and/or do an alignment to get you the best tire wear possible. If your vehicle is pulling left or right you could just simply need a 4 wheel alignment. Or if you hear clicking, popping, clunking, or banging noises when turning or while hitting bumps in the road, we can diagnose and fix your problems.
Brakes
If your car is vibrating or shaking while braking or if your car is making scrubbing or squealing sounds while braking, bring it by and we can diagnose your braking problems.
Check Engine Light Diagnostics and Repairs
If your check engine light comes on, don’t panic!
Simply bring it by and we can hook your vehicle up to our diagnostics machine and usually figure out the problem quickly. Then, we can typically fix and problems, reset your check engine light and have you traveling safely on your way!
We know that check engine lights can be scary and aggravating. Most importantly, your car needs to be fixed and running properly for your safety, but it is also required that those issues be resolved before an annual vehicle inspection can be performed.
Engine and Transmission Work
If your vehicle needs a replacement engine or transmission, we can either replace it with a used part or we can replace it with a Jasper engine or transmission. Jasper engines or transmissions are quality products that come with a 3 year/100k mile warranty.
